Stop cherry picking and skipping over complaints. I've furnished so much of my personal information to you that you could commit ***** in my name, yet none of this has benefited me any way.

You last asked me for a copy of my ID, so that I could get a refund at the store closest to me. I provided it to you immediately and asked you if its good for me to get my refund yet. You haven't responded and that was 10 days ago.

Knowing that your incompetence knows no boundaries, I decided to call the store to ask if they're prepared for me and they know nothing!!
