Massmart and Makro interest lacking

Having not been informed and having to return items for reimbur*****t, nothing has changed in my account apart from the initial purchase and subsequent purchase of the correct items post consultation.

From being told that the refund will reflect with 24 hours, to then being told two (2) to five (5) day to just recently updated to two (2) to ten (10) working days. Three different versions from the same brand with the last giving a specific date that the refund should reflect, it still does not.

I am still in daily communication with Eschel Steele, albeit one-sided, to try and find out what has happened and try find out where my money may be as I still am out of pocket
