Marks online is an epic failure

Makro online is an epic failure. I always buy online but I’ve never had such incompetence before. I bought a desk on the 13th of May and was told it would be delivered within 5-7 working days. Two weeks later I call to find out what’s happening with the order since there were no updates on “track my order” and I get told the item is not in stock and to cancel the order. The next day again check my order status and it’s still not cancelled. I call to find out why only to get told that it can only be cancelled by the supplier and that Makro cannot do anything about it. So I have to wait for a supplier who, for 2 weeks failed to inform me that that they did not have stock, to cancel my order? Had I not called, how long was it going to take to be told of this “no stock”? My money has been tied up with Makro for too long. I need a desk and can’t buy one because they can’t tell me when my order will be cancelled and when I’ll be getting my refund.
