I submitted a quotation on 7th of December 2017 before 11 am, it only included about 600 items which takes plus minus 40 minutes to do and it took them from the 7th to this day (12-12-2017) I haven't got my quotation I called them many times and I am now tired of calling, they couldn't even respond to my email.

This kind of service is not on really, if you can't help a customer be straight up about it and tell the truth, they wasted my time and I work on deadlines here.
