Marko's pathetic service

Been trying to cancel an prder since Monday...email after email call after call and nothing is has been resolved. I placed an order for pick up and guess what the pick up location is in Cape Town while I'm in Port Elizabeth. Every phone call ends is we will try to get in contact with the store which eventually end up in the store is not picking up but we escalated the matter to the store....emails the same....its really frustrating...their service at this point is really ridiculous and pathetic
