Markor - poor delivery
I placed an order on 10 August, delivery was to happen within 2-5 days, by latest 15 August they promised. I followed up on the 16th, order just showed "packed". I phoned the call center, the promised I will have the order by Monday, 19th. It is now the 20th and still nothing. I phoned the call center again, and was once again advised that order is still just "packed" - I asked to speak to a Supervisor/Manager and was placed on hold - I held on for more than 10 minutes with no response.
On Friday I also emailed them, no repsonse as to yet!
I am not ordering from Makro again!

20 Aug 2024, 14:05I received my order now but you will not believe it - the product is damaged to the extent that it cannot be used! I tried to log a return on the website - it states "this item cannot be returned". I phoned the call center, they just said "we will phone you back" - no call received yet! Horrible experience buying from Makro!! Will not advise anyone to buy from them!
