Marko Riverside...a playground of bad service

I bought a computer at Makro by doing an EFT of 9248.00 on the 12 of Nov 2018. I went to a store to get my laptop the next day and I was told the proof of payment I have is not the correct one. I went again on the 14th with all the documnts . I. Called Marko accounts just to check if my money is reflecting on their side. I was told the money is reflecting . When I arrived at the store at 5PM on the 14th to fetch the laptop, I was told the is no one at accounts to verify my payment so they can't issue me with a laptop. I told them accounts.confirmed my payment earlier on , after unsuccessfully fight I then decided to come next day to fetch the laptop. I went again on the 15th.to fetch the laptop and I was told the sales person who was helping me is off and she didn't tell them anything. I fought with the manager saying that's not my pro let all I want is my laptop. They have all the documents they wanted and accounts was there to confirm payment. They then told me they don't have.keys to the storeroom to issue me with the box for the.computer. the box contained charger and other accessories. I left the store still without a computer 4 days after paying Marko. This is the worst service i have ever received.in my entire 40years. I want answers and people to be.held accountable. I Will not go to a shop anymore. Marko need to bring laptop to me with an apology
