Marko RETURN SERVICES SUCKS!!!
I logged a return in December 2024 was supposed to be collected on the 2nd January 2025,nothing has been done or communicated I've sent numerous escalations and emails I have even called till due date nothing has been collect can this be sorted out as I'm sitting with something I don't need from December.

The first item I logged was in December 2024 was suppose to be collected by the 2nd Jan 2025 its still in progress MAK***
The second item was logged again in Jan 2025 still not collected in progress RT#***8.
I've called and emailed still no progress on both items and its not the first time can this be sortedbi mean guys it a New year we can't be doing one thing over and over again.
