Marko Poor Service and Online Consultants

Again, I have to write about the pathethic service and policies that Makro has in place. If ever I buy at Makro, I will probably be high on drugs :-( . An Item was purchased online, because the nearest Makro to me is 200km's and it would cost be a heavy load of money to get there and buy the item in-store. Item (Printer) does not switch on, logged the problem on Makro online and to my surprise I am told that I need to deliver the item to my nearest store, like ***?? drive over 200 km's just to deliver a printer - it will effectively cost me more money to drop off the printer than the money I used to purchase the printer in the first place!!! I have been disappointed by Makro and their consultants so many times that I regret every even spending a cent in that shop. In future, I would rather spend my money at @game Stores, they are more considerate and empathetic!!!
