WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE It was the worst experience when it comes to online shopping. I waited and hour just for someone to wrap the boxes. When I enquired, I was told my order was not ready, and the only reason I received an email to tell me to collect, was due to a system error. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given an attitude.
