Marko Online Store - no delivery, no explanation, no follow-through

Ordered a watch from Makro 09/08 and paid. Received email on 12/08 to say order dispatched and would received by 16/08. Called customer services 16/08 who couldn't tell me why the order hadn't been dispatched, only that it hadn't. I was promised it would arrive 19/08. When it didn't arrive I called customer care again. Order still not dispatched but no one knows why. Told me I would be contacted by the end of the day. No call. Complained on Twitter - received apology from Makro and they asked for order number to investigate. I provided it but have heard nothing since then. Makro Online Store appears to be utterly *********** and unconcerned about delivering the products which the customer has paid for. Customer service has **** to me twice, and does not follow up. I would discourage anyone from doing business with Makro Online. They are not trustworthy and thus far seem little better than ************.
