Marko Online Failing to Deliver

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the shocking level of service from Marko's online shopping platform. Frankly, I don’t even understand why this platform exists if you can’t manage it properly or deliver what you promise.

This is now the third time I’ve placed an order, paid online, only for it to be cancelled without any explanation or communication. Every time, the money is taken immediately, but the order just vanishes with no update, no email, nothing.

I’ve contacted your call center, and while they were polite enough to say they would “escalate” the issue, that was the end of it,no follow-up, no resolution, no accountability. It seems like you’re running a system that you either can’t control or simply don’t care about.

This level of service is unacceptable, and as a paying customer, I feel completely disregarded. You are failing to honor your services, and it feels like no one at Marko takes responsibility for the customer experience.

I demand a proper explanation, a refund for the cancelled orders, and a serious review of how you’re managing this platform. Customers deserve better than to be ignored and left in the dark after trusting your brand.
