Dear Makro Yesterday we talked with regards to the mess on my order. I would like to point out that I have paid for a service and your establishment has yet to deliver the service. As the die date was yesterday, I would like to say that you have failed with regards to my delivery. Not once have you or any third party appointed by you, bothered to contact me in any way out of common courtesy to give me any update or assurance in this regard. Yet again, I have to resort to measures like this to get any feedbac**** It is ********* to let your customers pay for a clear disregard.
