Marko is very unprofessional

Marko online service is bad; I ordered iphone 11 on the 27th January 2027 and canceled the next day 28/01/2025 and was told I will be refunded within 3-5 days; when I checked on my canceled order it shows that my refund is processed but have not received anything on my bank account; tried calling them and they said that my refund has been processed and should wait for 48 hours and 48 hours have gone passed; they even said that they are sending an email to show that my refund is processed but I didn't receive any email.I want my money because it is easy for you guys to take but difficult for you to refund.

I did not think it will be this complicated since I canceled before delivery; Marko is very unprofessional and full of employees who doesn't care about customers.
