Marko Carnival customer service suck

We bought a dishwasher 2 years ago and took the extended warranty for another 3 years. So the 2 year warranty is over and my dishwasher stopped working. I had to visit Makro in person 3 times every time getting a promise it will be sorted the next day. 3 visits before someone actually assisted me with following up regarding my claim. Devy send the technician eventually and he looked at the dishwasher and said the motor packed up and left. I had to phone Makro again to get a follow up. So now the technician says they will not be repairing it due to infestation from a ****roach. I told them then I want my money back for my extended warranty because what did I pay for then if it comes to keeping their warranty they are not willing to help but they loved taking my money when I was willing to pay extra for the 3 year warranty. I was told to give them 10 minutes and they will phone me back and surprise, surprise no one bothered to get back to me. Makro Carnival staff is the worst with customer service.
