Market Place service is disgusting ‼️‼️

Makro SA I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received. I purchased a bike for my son, but it arrived with an incorrect part. I submitted a return request on January 30th, and yet, here we are 10 days later with no communication or resolution. The marketplace department has not picked up the item, and no one has informed me of any reasons for the delay. I was told that, since it’s an "online-only product," it would need to be picked up, but it’s still here with no updates. This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, and I am very dissatisfied with how this is being handled.
