Mari online and Makro Steuben’s Valley bad service

Ordered food and alcohol on Makro’s online platform a month ago. My order was split in to two. I received the food first. A week after receiving the first half of my order I received an sms stating a delivery has been made but I didn’t receive the order. I contacted the Makro customer care and was told they would follow up to see what’s the problem. I called every day until they contacted Makro Strubens Valley only to be told the goods got damaged en route to me and the courier returned it to the store. Till this day I haven’t received the remainder of my order and Makro keeps saying they will follow up on the matter. What irritates me is that the order has been marked completed on their side and I haven’t received it.
