Margotts and spiderwebs inside the porridge- Disgusting

I bought some groceries in Makro Milnerton over the weekend. I have just opened the Morvite this morning of 26 May 2026 that I bought there and to my surprise it has margots right where I cut it open, I realized this by feeling something wet and when I checked it's margots and as I inspected it further it has spider webs inside. I have never ever seen anything like this before in my entire life. When I sent a complaint on their complaints email address and Whatsapp instead of them liaising with the relevant store they tell me to go to the store physically as if I have nothing to do with my time. They actually don't care clearly, they don't see this as a health hazard.

To say I am shocked is an understatement... Whoever shops at Makro please beware of their food items.
