I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Mr Ponasen Pather of Makro Strubens Valley for his exemplary attitude and professionalism when it comes to customer service and etiquette. He is a prime example of what it means to treat customers fairly and with respect and is absolutely living the values of great overall customer service. I would strongly advise the Makro Woodmead staff be taken to Ponasen at Makro Strubens Valley for training; they could definitely benefit, especially Ms Juliet Matilda whom I had to beg for a quotation on numerous occasions until I eventually gave up after weeks of trying and decided to approach Makro Strubens Valley instead. I was actually on my way to Game but thought the service might be better at Strubens Valley and decided to give them a try before going to Game. Thanks to Ponasen and his team I managed to purchase my AEG side-by-side fridge, Samsung large screen TV (65 inch), Explora 3 DSTV decoder, and more to come!! I remain a Makro customer because of Ponasen who has restored my faith in the brand. Thanks again Ponasen, many can learn from you!
