Mango Riverside and Samsung

I bought a Samsung washing machine in March 2023 for R7000 from Makro Riverside, but it started giving me problems in November 2023, i went back to the shop to ask for assistant which took ages, later on a booking for repairs was done in Jan 2024, still the machine came back from the repairs with the same problem. Now when i went back to Makro again they started giving me a run around, also when i call Samsung they are also giving me a run around. I am now stucked with a machine that doesn't operate ,my 7k down the drain, Makro is refusing to refund or replace the machine stating Samsung must firstly approved the refund or replacement which surprises me because i bought the machine from Makro not Samsung...still when i call Samsung im getting horrible service... I regret spend my money at Makro on Samsung product
