Mandla Dubula the star at Makro Strubensvalley

on sunday 15.12.2019 searching for playpen sand we visited the Makro in Strubensvalley ....... The five stars go out to "Mandla Dubula in the toys department" .......

Mandla you are a star!! Over and above the fact that you were actually working and not standing around chatting, you stopped immediately what you were doing and searched outside for the sand, upon your return you explained what we ought to do ...... WELL done

However management of MAKRO Strubensvalley, why is the sand outside and the other staff in the store don't know what "playpen sand" is? Reason for my statement is that no one (except Mandla) new what I was referring too and NOT able to assist .....

Please don't get me started at the pay point ..... Oh no, please educate your staff on communication s****s and your products you sell .....

Needless to say I bought sand elsewhere .....
