MAlfunctioning system and misinformation across the board

On the first day of their " Black Friday " sale Itried to purchase an item, first the system did not accept my card, eventually it said that my order was being processed.

I was not sure if the purchase was successfull so I phoned online help desk which used my order number to track the purchase and stated that it has gone through and we need to give it time. ( They also stated that on black friday deals, NO EFT was accepted only in store cred it and credit cards)

To that the next day I checked again onlhy to find that they are awaiting payment, phoned again to which they said the order was not processed and I needed to order again.

upon ordering again I used my Makro credit to purchase , the system kicked me out " due to a technical error"

Again I phoned , and was told I am not able to purchase with my makro credit , only eft (contradiction much) .

I tried to order AGAIN, and low and behold the item is sold out, this was met by an apologie from the help desk.

Tried logging into my profile online, and now I am not even able to log in.
