MAKRO/VALUE LOGISTICS

I have ordered from Makro on the 29th of November I have not recieved my order they use a logistics company Value logistics. would recommend that Macro gets rid of that currier company the way they speak to the customers from macro is poor and un acceptable they are rude they end the call while speaking to them if I could I wil give Value logistics on a scale from 1-10 I would give them a -1000 Every body should be fired from that company and be closed down it is also very Poor of macro to continue using this company knowing how poor Value logistics service to their clients are. VALUE LOGISTICS HAS NO F@$$ng VALUE!
