Makrosure Extended Warranty......not

<p>Very disappointed with the technicians that Makro outsources their extended warrany claims to - PANASERVICE. To have an applicance returned without being fixed and told that nothing is wrong is dreadful. When that appliance is a leaking washing machine damaging laminate floors and built in wooden kitchen cupboards is even more dreadful. To raise the same call with the service provider and be told that there is nothing wrong while you stand in a pool of water is very disconcerting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wont be taking out any extended warranty from Makrosure again if that is how their service providers treat customer complaints. Its not like i got the extended warranty for free - its a paid for addition!</p>
