MAKROSURE - ATOTAL DISASTER!!

In 2019, we purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Makro Woodmead. Together with this, we purchased a Makrosure extended warranty, for an additional period, allowing a five year warranty.

I NEED TO ADD, MAKRO WOODMEAD HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLE IN THEIR SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE,TO THIS DAY!!!!!!!!

The problem is MAKROSURE!!!!! We have logged three calls with MAKROSURE. On logging a call, it takes between four to six weeks to get any form of response. To get a response requires additional mails and calls. MAKROSURE IS TOTALLY USELESS!!!!

Eventually after five months without the use of the machine, Makrosure decided to write the machine off and refund us.

This has been a new episode. They request documents, these are forwarded, then further documents are required. They have the extended warranty document, which refers to the original purchase document (Proof of Purchase), now they require a copy of the Proof of Purchase. They appear to be trying avoid refunding me. There is continually a process of they require additional information.

MAKRO STORES I RECOMMEND, AVOID MAKROSURE, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT! I challenge Marosure to address this embarrasment!
