MakroSA online is a ****mer

I ordered on black Friday some alcohol MakroSA delivered damaged cans and their couriers apparently lost some of the cans I call MakroSA email Whatsapp but no response except that they will escalate the matter on the WhatsApp to date 1 Feb 2025 I'm sitting with damaged cans of Bernini Mimosa.

After providing MakroSA with everything they asked for they sent courier for the damaged cans I have yet to receive my refund even though they sent me an invoice for the refund and they don't mention the four missing cans that their couriers damaged and said they were returned to MakroSA nor are they mentioning the rest of my refund that they short changed when they cancelled my order the first time MakroSA I just want my money back don't send me emails saying my issues are being escalated

It's April 30 still no refund I'll be going to my nearest store to get what is owed to me and I won't be leaving without my money at transport money that you will owe me for the are no taxis going there I have to bolt there

Your credit note is R119 Bernini Mimosa 500ml can is currently R125 a single can is around R20 something rand so the R119 is supposed to cover the six can plus the four missing cans is that right not including travel costs and the inconveniences of having to take six taxis to and from just to spend R119
