Makro's website is misleading customers.

I wanted to buy a large aerobic stepper from Makro. It is listed on their website for R649.00 They listed wrong dimensions on their website. It is supposed to have maximum height of 325mm according to the information on their website. I chatted with them to verify that these are correct dimension. The lady could not verify. I then called their 0860... number and after holding for them to check, they came back and said the dimensions are wrong. They told me that their IT is working on correcting the information on their website. This is misleading potential customers. I say this because I have been trying for more than a month to get the correct one. If they are serious about customer service, I believe they should source the correct one and sell it to me for the listed price.
