Makro's very bad services

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Makro. I have been trying to secure a refund since the 10th of the month. Despite calling and emailing every single day, I am being ignored or given the runaround. It has been nearly three weeks of constant effort on my part with zero resolution from their side. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a major retailer. I need my funds returned immediately.
