Makro's useless with returns

I placed an online order and I received my order within less than 24 hours which was amazing. The item was unfortunately incorrect and a refund was logged on 27 Feb. Since then I have made 4 calls for the item to be collected and have been given the run around. I emailed the makro support email address which is on the website and the email address no longer works. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would prefer to actually return the item myself as it would be quicker but cannot even do that as it is not allowed.
