makros unfair treatment

im very disappointed with Makro Polokwane their treatment is very bad , we have a stokvel account and everytime i go to pay for that stokvel, i have to wait +- 1 hour for them to verify that I'm paying the account, they keep running around looking for the supervisor and its stressing, because they are taking their own time , they are very relaxed and don't care about customer service. We went on Saturday to claim our money that we saved and they only gave us a 1/4 of the money and they are holding the remainder cause we paid via standard bank atm, and also when we were at the till it looked like we are ********s who came to rob them while we were paying they only accepted the receipts from the store and not from the bank. This made me want to stop shopping or doing any stokvel account cause we felt like we are like ******* its really disturbing and downgrading for a store like makro to treat its customers the way we were treated
