Makro's terrible Online Orders Return process

I bought an item on Makro's online platform and it was delivered short. When I returned it back to them, they said it is sold by a third party and I should log a return. I logged a return and they acknowledged it. They still have not collected the item. This is very disappointing from Makro. They have completely removed themselves from the equation.
