Makro's Standards and Customer service going down

Standards have gone down immensely. I placed an order on 5 March 2026 for a headboard which was supposed to be delivered by the 21st of March and to this date I havent received it from their Struben's Valley store. On 26 March the status was 'ready to ship', 28 May it was 'in transit' and on 30 March it was 'Out for delivery'. No one gives you any update, yesterday the status out for delivery but noone came through and as we speak I have been waiting for delivery since morning and tgis is almost 5pm. I am never buying again from them.
