Makros soppy seconds

Bought a pocket router on Makro online that was on promotion. Got it today, unsealed box, dirty router, full of scratches. Diet under the screen protector. And above all else it doesn't even turn on. I didn't ask for a used or broken unit, I bought a router that was on promotion. What the hell did I recieve? Even the plastic it came in had been opened. I want a new router like I paid for asap. I am beyond angry as the shambles of Makro or how anyone thought that was okay to send to a customer.
