Makro's ****py online department

I ordered my book online on the 28th November and I still haven't gotten it till today. I sent countless emails without any response. When I called at first I got a rude Calle center agent that **** to me. The second time I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Please, if you want to order from them think twice. Actually, I wouldn't advice anybody. I've read many other reviews and they are all negative. Sies!
