Makro's poor service an poor delivery of products

Bought and paid for a jagermeister dispencer 1 bottle on tap for Christmas for my children. This happened on the 20th of December 2022, with the assurance that the dispencer would reach them by Christmas. After many calls, many promises I still have not received the dispencer. We were contacted personaly by someone from head office promising that the product would eventually be delivered by the 24th of March 2023.....3 months later....we still have not received the Cristmas gift. I AM ANGERED AND VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE OF MAKRO, DISSATISFIED IN THE TREATMENT OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE
