Makro's Pathetic online service

If you intend to buy items from Makro online, avoid the hassle and opt to shop in store instead as their online platform is very problematic!

It has been 8 days since I made an order with Makro and it has not been delivered yet. I requested for cancellation because the promised delivery time of 2 days was not met. This whole experience of waiting has been exhausting and frustrating as I keep getting redirected. The final straw was when the courier called me at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday for delivery, making me wonder if I always have to be at home waiting for you? I AM EXHAUSTED FROM CONTACTING you all to cancel my order and send my refund. I have contacted Makro on all channels but my order has still not been delivered.
