Makro's pathetic extended warranty service

This scale should have had a no star for this pathetic service. The AEG Lavamat washing machine drum seized and taken to Makro on 30 Jan 2023. I waisted loads of airtime to follow up on this unit. The contractor worked on a 21 work day policy to order the part. We going to day 28 and we still waiting. Pathetic policy. What makes it worse is the poor communication from the contractor. Just refund me....
