Makro's Pathetic Delivery Service

Pathetic service!!!!

I placed an order on the 4th of February, and the delivery date was scheduled for the 6th Feb. Today is the 17th and I have still not received my. I received a message on the 15th to say my order was enroute, I waited the whole day only to receive a message saying my order was returned as the customer was not available. Nobody contacted me so this was a lie as I was available. Today my order was out for delivery again and again my order was returned as they had an incorrect delivery address. How is this possible when you add your delivery address to your profile? They were delivering in a different area. I called the call center and the agent transferred me to the branch. They are so casual about the situation and just said they would look into it. I mean really! Is this the type of service Makro offers? Makro's service is so poor this happens all the time when I do business with Makro I don`t know why I don`t learn that Makro has an appalling customer service
