Makro's outdated website
I am very disappointed with Makro Springfield. What is the use of having a website when it provides outdated information? I went onto Makro's website today to check the availability of a Canon printer for R4 000. The website said that it was available at Springfield. Drove from Kloof to Makro Springfield to be told they don't have stock. What a waste of time and petrol. SO Makro lost the sale as I went to HiFi Corp and purchased the same printer for the same price, which they had stock of. Now Makro has lost another customer due to their incompetence. Makro needs to drastically improve its online presence as they are way behind the rest of the retailers.
