Makro's online service is atrocious!

Honestly, I feel like I've said enough on this platform, Makro's online services are atrocious.

I've received my package late, sent it back for a refund (quite speedily) then lost complete contact after a week in which they said my package is in shipping.

I requested a refund (EFT's shouldn't take that long).

Bottom line I still haven't received myrefund and I'm annoyed beyond compare.
