Makro's online pathetic service prevails!!!!

I was sent an incorrect product, it got replaced with yet another incorrect item. Todate no feedback received from Makro. Im highly disappointed & disgusted at the pathetic service received of late by makro. If its not liquid detergents falling out and ruining my products, im being sent incorrect items... and Makro doesn't respond!!! No care, no concern for the mishaps on their path! I am still waiting for a response and for the correct item to be sent. If your company is not competent enough or have difficulty comprehending. Pls just refund my account and collect the s****py item that was sent, why send what I didn't order????? Rather phone and inform your customers should there be a problem with stock or items.. better yet remove it from your web page
