Makros online incompetence
Do not bother ordering online, 2 weeks and still waiting for our groceries. We had to purchase groceries from checkers to get by due to Makros incompetence.
When ever we phone to try find out where our order is we get oh sorry we cannot find your order online which is funny cause the makro app shows the order as in progress. Either the people behind the phone are sitting their playing solitaire or they too stupid to look on their system.
Never will I use their online system again, checkers 360 is the only way to buy groceries and takealot for everything else.

Eventually some of the items were delivered and now I’m calling the call centre for the 3rd time and the person on the other end is asking me which items are missing, why do they not take notes and deal with the issue? I have also emailed this list and still nothing is being done.
Who ever reads this from makro please do your job and make sure the following missing items are delivered to me with a full explanation on why the call centre is ignoring customers?
2 x Pamper dry cat food1 x Tastic basmati rice5 x macoroni5 x Spaghetti6 + jelly1 x peppercorns 6 x yeast2 x instant porridge
