Makro's online customer experience outshines!
Being old school (I like to "see with my hands" when I'm shopping for something in particular) I'm skeptical of online purchases. The desk I purchased online from Makro recently was EXACTLY what I wanted. But more importantly, it was their SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I found so refreshing and reassuring. From sale to delivery, they let you know exactly where your order is in the process. Any glitches and an actual human calls you with an update - fantastic! Makro - keep doing what you're doing. It's impressive!
