MAKRO'S NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to contact Makro for one week (all branches). I have held on for over 29 minutes (being told I am no 1 in the queue). Have never spoken to a single person. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
