Makro’s most usless customer service!!! Ill never buy another product from makro

1 star is still a high rating to give makro’s call center and head office. I har purchased an i7 hp laptop in march of 2021.i am having issues with this laptop for a while now and the warranty shows that it has bern activated in November 2020, when it was supposed to show march of 2021. After multiple emails and calls to the call center and head office there is no reply or feedback
