Makro's misleading delivery date promises is costing me thousends

We bought nine items from Makro on black Friday online. They did not indicate that any of these items were not available. These items need to be on the moving van in a week from today. Now, one by one the messages from Makro is coming through saying that the orders will be delayed due to high order volumes. The delivery dates we were given was for last week already. No one can tell me when it will arrive. If I cancel this orders it will take at least 10 working days to get my money back and I will have to pay thousends to get everything to the new destination. Why did Makro indicate all these items as available and why did they lie to me about arrival date and why is there no human in Makro that has the decency to phone and explain why they can not deliver to there promises
