Makro's lies deception and pathetic customer service

So i buy a laptop from Makro and after they take my money a day later they cancell my order and refund my money with promise of a R100 voucher.

I never received a voucher or compensation for bank charges.

Makro refuse to contact me after being told they will contact me.

Your customer service is ridiculous. you will never see another cent of my money, I will also go out of my way to actively no one else uses your website of lies.

How can you cancel an order after accepting money.
