Makro's Horror Delivery

Am i the first to receive absolutely terrible service from Makro? i usually order every month (sometimes twice a month) from Makro Business for my company, as per requirement the order exceeds R8000 for free delivery but every single time Makro delivers there is some problem. Firstly, our trading hours are from 7am to 5pm, they will make sure to deliver 5 mins before we close, sometimes just as we are closing which is so unfair, its ordered from makro business for another business so what makes it acceptable to deliver after trading hours? Secondly, their delivery vans are in such terrible condition, the drivers do not even know how to drive, on the latest delivery we had an issue where the driver parked into the yard but had no idea how to reverse out, it was a simple straight driveway, nothing complicated, but he ended up knocking the boundry wall, when we contacted the manager she was so unhelpful. they requested a whole bunch of pictures and videos which was sent but nothing was done about it regardless, we ended up using our own insurance to sort out damaged, nobody was held accountable and not a damn was given. Thirdly, when they deliver they have a whole van full of stuff just thrown in there, all is then offloaded to get to my items and then thrown back into the van, tied by a tiny string, when things are short and damaged its upon the customer to sort it out with makro, never the delivery system and its only sorted out after a thousand emails and phone calls? its such a pleasure to shop in store, but when it comes to their online store they're really slacking, its a horror, from shopping, then they dont have certain items and they refund after i already pay, to their ****ty delivery system and tiring customer service, Gosh it has become a nightmare to deal with makro
