Makro's Horrible service - Still waiting for delivery after a month

You are my last resort at this point, hoping you can assist.

22 November 2018 I bought a Bosch 600mm Multifunction Oven and Hob Set Black online from Makro, orderID - MAK ********** with expected delivery to East London, Eastern Cape between 7-10 days as specified on their website. First problem I encountered after 10 days whereby I found myself chasing the store for delivery. After numerous calls and tracking my own order which was sent to their couriers Time Freight PE and back and forth calls with direct manager Gerad at Time Freight; delivery was made on the 13 December 2018.

Upon arrival since I wasn't physically in East London, I asked my mother to inspect if everything was in order and she discovered only one item had been deliver, the oven without plates. Please find waybill number for your ***, I immediately called the courier back to question them about the missing item.

Since the 13th December 2018, I had been on the call with the Makro team trying my best to resolve the problem and receiving nothing but empty promises with no follow up and quite frankly a pathetic service. For two days that I called the 18th and 19th December I had to hold for over 20mins before speaking to any consultants; numbers used to contact their centre was ***and ***.

On the 19th December 2018, I decided to write a review on their FaceBook page hoping someone at least would have the decency to get back to me. I only received a call the 20th December from a gentleman from this number ********** who couldn't even give me a guarantee when the plates will be delivered.

At this point in time all I want is for my mother whom I bought a stove to have her plates, she has been waiting for weeks borderline month now and we are genuinely stuck. The service rendered by Makro is absolutely angering, there was zero follow up on their part, I had to spend my time and money calling them I lost track of the number of consultants I spoke with explaining my problem each and every time.

Please help!!!

All I need now is the delivery of plates to my mother before Christmas.
