Makros Horrible Customer Service!!!!
And here we are again +- a month later with a broken dishwasher still stuck on error code NOT WORKING even after “being fixed” 3times after each other !!!! PATHETIC!! Makros customer service just says someone will call me back?! A service call has been logged bla bla ! Why couldn’t the problem be fixed the first time it went out for fixing !? 1st problem drain pipe… then they damaged my door and now this … cmon!!!

15 Aug 2024, 05:35It’s been a week since I’ve called to complain about my fixed item which is broken yet again , by not even after receiving it back… maybe less than a month ?? As I’ve called on the 8th to have it repaired and resolved?? I’ve been calling in ever since for updates but nothing! At this point I AM BEING IGNORED.
